Finally, Marc and I had a day to just be with each other. We have been so stressed lately with finishing the house, and getting ready for the baby, we just haven't had a fun, stress-free day in...months! Now that we are ready for baby...(are we EVER ready!!!!!)...and the house is basically done...(just a few MINOR items)...we thought we needed a day. So we took it. We took a drive up to Hatcher Pass and did a little hiking. Well, hiking that a pregnant lady in her ninth month can do. It was so much fun, and relaxing, and just what we needed. I haven't had so much fun in months! And the bonus to this hiking trip was first, the BUMPY car ride up the mountain to the trailhead, and second, the hiking...all meant to hopefully urge this little girl to come! (I know, I know, I have 2 more weeks!! But I am ready TODAY!!)
Marc also decided this morning that we needed a new camera...for the new little Pea-Pod. Which of course, I am totally fine with!!! So, on the way out of town we bought a new awesome camera...and it does video too!!! All for our new little bundle of joy (hehehehe, and us too).
So, in the afternoon we napped, watched a movie, and just relaxed! The day couldn't have been better spent!!

Oh Chani I miss you! You are too cute! Before you know it, you will have that lil princess in your arms & it will all seem like a blur when it was just the two of you! Enjoy your days as pre-parents now! :) What a great getaway! So, if me & Cody venture north, can we come stay with you guys? It is BEAUTIFUL up there!
